They also contain free radicals that encourage the disintegration of skin cells and thus cause abnormal cells to grow and turn to cancer. High amount of sodium that burdens your kidneys are found in processed foods. When your kidneys are damaged, they certainly won’t go back to their former perfect organs.
¢ Avoid too much alcohol and caffeine. which are the two diuretics that prevent hydration of your body. Remember that water is the most important nutrient in your physiology and it is vital to all the skin’s processes. Alcohol also has negative effect on your organs especially the liver and it is proven to be one of the most common causes of diseases.
